It’s official: Drew is on track to growing up and moving out as Drew started his first day of school today. *sniff sniff* We woke up to a couple inches of snow this morning so a little part of me was hoping school was called off, but after checking and re-checking, it was obvious that there was no way that this milestone would be delayed any longer.

All was well less than an hour later as I received a call from his teacher, Ms. Lisa with a glowing review of Drew’s first day. He was very happy and the kids just loved Drew so much. However, school was being called off early today due to the weather. Thank god! I can’t wait to see him!

But, Drew was happy to see us and I was delighted to see Drew’s first piece of artwork. Our refrigerator will soon be unrecognizable!
awwww I Love the blog ! and I love reading and looking at videos of Dru….he always puts a big smile on my face :o)

Yay! I see you were able to leave a comment! I couldn’t simulate any type of extra page popping up when I tried before so I was planning on looking at whatever you got the next time I saw ya. Love ya!!
I hope you have Mimi’s email or can let her know about this site, she was such a believer in Drew’s abilities. Mimi if and when you see this, you are missed and THANKS for being such a blessing in our lives. You have truly found your calling, you always push the kids to do all that you know they CAN do! GOD BLESS you!!!

Janel & Nathan,
Your blog on your son Drew is very moving and rewarding. I just read it and it has brought me to tears of joy on how well he is adapting. You two are doing a fine job with Drew.
I am looking forward to more of his stories. Keep up the great job.
Drew will be able to do whatever he puts his mind to do.
God does not give you more than you can handle. Keep the faith of God and I will be praying for you and your family.
Thank you so much….I can’t tell you how glad I am that everybody is enjoying it.
We are truly blessed to have Drew in our class. I enjoy his beautiful smile everyday. Thanks for sharing him with us.
