Drew’s second school performance (remember Drew’s first performance?) was tonight. Upon opening my video camera to capture the event for unfortunate Nathan who missed it by a day due to being on the boat, I discover this:
Aside from that, Drew did great in his performance. He and sang, he danced, and all in all, he was adorable! Even as he sat up there and chewed his gum that I am now chastising myself for forgetting to grab it before I left him with his class.
Want to see Drew in the video? Well, next time I won’t edit the video for 30 minutes only to do the stupidest thing and lose my work. So, when I get motivations to start over from scratch again, I’ll let you know.

So, I just learned that Drew got approved for his wheelchair!
So, in a couple of weeks Drew will get more freedom and independence, my house will suffer more damage to the floorboards and walls, and I’m sure there will be a few casualties in the toy department, and I will surely slowly lose my strength in my left arm since I won’t be lugging him around everywhere. But, it will be all worth it.
